FAQ: What payment methods are available?

Use the Billing page in your NexoRouter account as the source of truth for currently available payment methods and balance actions.

Before adding balance

  1. Check model pricing on Pricing.
  2. Estimate test volume.
  3. Use API key budgets for tools and experiments.
  4. Review Usage Logs after the first run.

If payment fails

Check whether the payment provider completed the transaction. If balance does not update after a successful payment, contact support with timestamp, amount, account email, and payment reference. Do not send full card or wallet secrets.
