FAQ: What payment methods are available?
Use the Billing page in your NexoRouter account as the source of truth for currently available payment methods and balance actions.

Before adding balance
- Check model pricing on Pricing.
- Estimate test volume.
- Use API key budgets for tools and experiments.
- Review Usage Logs after the first run.
If payment fails
Check whether the payment provider completed the transaction. If balance does not update after a successful payment, contact support with timestamp, amount, account email, and payment reference. Do not send full card or wallet secrets.
