Privacy Policy
How NexoRouter handles account, usage, and API data.
Last updated: July 27, 2026.
Data we process
We process account details, API key metadata, request metadata, usage logs, billing records, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Usage analytics
We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate traffic. If you explicitly accept optional analytics, we also load Google Analytics 4 to measure acquisition and product journeys. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent, and advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization signals, and Google Signals remain disabled.
Your analytics choice
You may reject optional analytics without losing access to NexoRouter. You can change your saved choice at any time from the analytics privacy settings link in the site footer.
API content
Prompts and responses may pass through model providers to complete requests. Avoid sending secrets, regulated personal data, or content you are not allowed to process.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Usage logs and billing records are retained for operations, abuse prevention, accounting, and support. Retention periods may change as the product matures.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure, payment, and model provider services only as needed to deliver NexoRouter.
Contact
Contact the NexoRouter operator for privacy requests, account deletion, or data access questions.
