FAQ: How do I reset my password?
Use the password reset flow if you signed in with username/password and can access the account email.
Reset path
- Open Sign in.
- Click
Forgot password?, or go to/forgot-password. - Enter the account email.
- Complete the security check.
- Send the 6-digit reset code.
- Enter the code and a new password.
- Sign in again with the new password.
Passwords must be 8-20 characters.
If you use Google sign-in
Use the same Google account you used when creating the workspace. Password reset is for username/password sign-in.
If you cannot receive the code

Do not send passwords, email verification codes, API keys, or payment details.
