FAQ: How do I reset my password?

Use the password reset flow if you signed in with username/password and can access the account email.

Reset path

  1. Open Sign in.
  2. Click Forgot password?, or go to /forgot-password.
  3. Enter the account email.
  4. Complete the security check.
  5. Send the 6-digit reset code.
  6. Enter the code and a new password.
  7. Sign in again with the new password.

Passwords must be 8-20 characters.

If you use Google sign-in

Use the same Google account you used when creating the workspace. Password reset is for username/password sign-in.

If you cannot receive the code

Contact support with:

Account email:
Approximate registration time:
Sign-in method used:
Whether you still have access to the email:

Do not send passwords, email verification codes, API keys, or payment details.
