Chatbox in the NexoRouter documentation.

Chatbox

Status: Candidate setup, not yet verified by NexoRouter.

Use Chatbox only if your installed version exposes a custom OpenAI-compatible base URL. If it only accepts an official OpenAI key without base URL override, it is not a NexoRouter-compatible setup.

Required values

Base URL: https://api.nexorouter.com/v1
API key: YOUR_NEXOROUTER_API_KEY
Model: deepseek-v4-flash

First test

Ask one short text question and check Usage Logs. Do not test long chats, files, image input, or plugins until the first text request is visible in NexoRouter.

Known limits

  • Client versions and provider settings can vary.
  • Image, plugin, and advanced workflows are not covered by the chat-only setup.
  • If there is no base URL field, use another client such as Open WebUI or Cherry Studio.
