FAQ: I cannot access my account
Start by confirming which sign-in method you used when creating the workspace.

Checklist
- Try the same email and sign-in method used at registration.
- Check whether you used Google sign-in or email code.
- If resetting password, use the email attached to the workspace.
- If you still cannot access the account, contact support with account email and approximate registration time.

Do not send passwords, email verification codes, API key values, or payment secrets to support.
